It depends on the rules and regulations of your college because lot of colleges do recruit few selected students of the batch for lecturership and other posts and for that you must have a very good academics too because that is the only deciding factor.Moreover if they don't recruit in that way then you will have to do Masters and you will have to crack UGC NET exam and then you will be able to apply for posts that will be available in the college.
