Dear student,

If you are studying in saudi arabia, then you have the option to select dubai, kuwait, sharjah, riyadh, muscat which are in Saudi Arabia or comes under the province of saudi Arabia.

Now in jee mains usually your first choice is given preference and there is a 50 - 50 chance that you will get either your first option or other than first option.
So, if you are comfortable then you can choose your first option as dubai and  second as Muscat which is in oman.
Otherwise, if you are in a state in which there is only 1 centre present then choose that centre as your first option and select the rest options near to your state.
