Hey, Suman!
Since, you've passed your 12th with PCB as a stream you cannot apply for Physics honors because it requires Maths as an subject. But you surely can apply for NEET, that's like the main examination for PCB students. If not NEET then there are various other options as well for eg. B.Sc in Zoology, Botany, Biotech, EVS etc. I hope it helped you, good luck!
