Aakash modules for NEET are known to be good, both theory wise and practice questions wise. They are sufficient for getting a decent rank in NEET. But if you are aiming to be one of the toppers and also aim for AIIMS, then you need to practice more questions. For Physics, you can try Pradeep physics. For chemistry, you get books like MS Chauhan and for biology, you can try MTG or Pradeep.
