With 12th pass opportunities are very limited in government jobs, at central level it's more so, hence if you belong to general category then chances are tough to appear for the exams, but if there is reservation benefit you can try for ssc chsl, mts if you want to appear, if you know stenography you can appear for SSC stenography, female police constable recruitment, RRB recruitment for Group D/NTPC etc,  you can look out for state level recruitment based on 10th and 12th, the upper age limit in state is comparatively more than that of exams conducted by centre. and if you want you can still pursue graduation through distance mode, and as I said if you have reservation benefit there will be age  relaxation which you can use, so you  can consider that option as well.
