It is better to do post graduation in your commerce field rather than doing BA after completing b com . As both are different fields you won't get any one year course or lateral entry for BA. But you can directly opt for MA on the basis of your graduation.

, For BA you have to get admission on the basis of xii board, then you will waste hour 3 years.do it's better to move ahead.you can also go for MBA.

If you want to pursue BA one year additional course ,  distance education , you can apply online. You can pursue a graduate course through correspondence or distance education. It is general in sense to that it's not subject specific and one can opt for a variety of combos of subjects apart from 1-2 compulsory subjects.
