Hello Aspirant,

See very first thing that I would like to make you clear with is there is no any hard & fast rule which can make you score better in any kind of examination within few days and NEET is the only national level medical entrance examination, for which more than 8 Lakhs students compete together for very few seats.

So in 5 months, if you start from even zero but with full determination and if you complete at least 80% of your syllabus thoroughly with full understanding then only you can think of around 600 marks, so it is practically possible but little bit hard.
