Supreem being a student from ISC board and expexting 90% is a good deal . There are a number of colleges/universities you can apply too for pursuing B.com . Assuming that you are a student from the general cateogory it will be a bit difficult to get top colleges in the Delhi university . There is Jamia  Millia Islamia university , New Delhi it offers B.com you have to appear for their entrane test . Jamia Millia is a central university in New Delhi. There a number of other colleges you can apply too for pursuing B.com in India.
