The amount of fee you should pay at IITs depend on various factor like -

Which IIT you have selected

Your parents income

Category

Course selected.

For a particular course the fee at IITs are near about same with slight variations.

For example if you are selected IIT Madras for B.Tech course than as your parents income is less than 1 lakh your total fee would be 8450 if  you are hosteller and 1450 if you are a day scholar.
