You don't have much chance of getting into Tripura Medical college even in State quota. 

TMC cut-off for 2018 for OBC category was 397 marks.

And this year the expected cut-off will be higher so your chances are less. But you should give it a try maybe you can get in the second list. Otherwise, I suggest you opt for other colleges in your state.

But you have Other Backward Class reservation.

So you have a very less chance.

I would suggest you to opt for Private Medical Colleges.
