Hello Kanhaiya,

Since you are an OBC student and enrolling in IIT - R CSE, You will get the tuition fee waiver if your family income is below 1 lakh annually. You have to apply for EWS certificate in your state and provide the certificate to the institute for fee waiver and fill in your family income at the time of registration.
