There is no specific age limit. It is important that a candidate must have passed their class 12 examination in India in the year 2020 or 2021. So you can definitely give JEE Mains 2021. He should have taken at least five subjects for 12th class or qualifying exam (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics compulsary).

thanks for asking your query as you are currently doing board from india and you would apply for jee mains then you have two chances to take admission in nits or iiits either show your indian origin certificate or you may also get admission through nri quota because jee also have some seats for foreign students.
