If you have forgotten to take a print of the application form while filling it then it would be available for you on the website in the login id that you must have made,there are a fair chances of your application form to be there.

Once contact to the help line of MHT CET on there official page i hope they will help you out they will find out some way.

There are only one who can help you out.

Actually its an helpline number and its on there official page at the bottom. I am not sure weather its on right side or left side but on that page only they have mention there helpline number.I hope you will find out on that page.ALL THE BEST.
