In neet, there won't be any cutoff as such based on categories. But there are some seats reserved for SC/ST candidates. To get into AFMC you need to hav around 530+.

The cut off scores of eligibility for appearing for a CBT at AFMC  Pune was around 600 for girls and 570 for boys last year.
Although AFMC has reserved seats for SC/ST CATEGORY candidates, I don't think there is a relaxation of cut off scores in NEET-UG whatsoever.
Try scoring somewhere around the above mentioned marks to increase your odds of selection.

First of all you need to qualify for AFMC round 2 and for that category is not a criterion. The cutoff marks for becoming eligible for next round is same for every one. However, it is different for boys and girls with boys cutoff generally lower than that for girls.
Last year it was 600 for girls and 570 for boys.
Once you score higher than cutoff,, you will shortlisted for subsequent rounds. In the first stage registered candidates have to go through the ToELR test followed by the interview. The second stage is interview round. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of written ToELR, NEET score and Interview.
Conclusion - There will no category-wise cut off to be released for different categories. However, some of the seats from total will be reserved for SC/ST candidates.
