 yes you can pursue BBA after Science because almost all universities accept science students for BBA/BMS course. Many colleges have entrance exams for admission into the course which will be easier for you given your science background.BBA is great course to pursue with an interesting curriculum which supports  holistic development.

You might face little problems initially as its much related to acocunts, commerce but continuos updation might help you to develop a strong foundation in syllabus.
