Yes, you can definitely get into IIT with 85-95 marks as this gives you a percentile around 75 and the cut off criteria for ST category in IIT was around 40-50%.

However if you belong to sc /st category then there is a slight chance for your admission in lower nits as well  So you can get a seat in it NIT also.
