Hello Subathra!

It is advisable to get a Master's degree iyyou are to delve deeper into your subject.

After pursuing Master's course, you can appear for various examinations for the post of assistant professor like JRF

By qualifying NET you can pursue a P.hD degree and then can take up a job as professor in any dignified university.
