As for the graduation record is concerned, try to talk to the authority regarding the same and better wait till you get the marks and the closing date of application. Otherwise, put the last semester details.
And as for Class 10 result, Multiply your CGPA with 9.5 and then put the result value in the required field. That's the rule followed in application of the exams.

see there should be cgpa to percentage conversion rules in your board. try to search in your 10th board website or you may contact with your school authorities. For graduation streams you can give the marks details upto your last passed marks.
