I am applying for JEE Main April 2020, and im also giving the NIOS on demand exam in February . Am i eligible for jee and which year shoukd i write as "Passed" in 12th?

Yes, you are eligible to write Joint Entrance Examination (Mains and Advanced) as per the eligibility criteria mentioned for JEE.

If you are appearing for NIOS exams in February, then you are supposed to fill 2020 in the column for "Year of passing class 12th".
