You can definitely join GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) after passing as an art stream student of class 12 with at least 40% marks.

For this course, you need to have passed the 12th standard board exams with at least 40% marks from any stream. Since you're from Arts, you'll be eligible for it if you have at least 40% marks in class 12th.
