You need to study hard and look for scholarship programs after you complete your 10+2. The Scholarship Programs collaborate with universities, private donors, and government agencies around the world, as well as with other Open Society programs and affiliated organizations. 

However, if you don't get scholarship, try getting admission in government college/university, the fees is comparatively very low.
