Dear Student,
There is application fee in all the important exams of engineering.
There is only one exam in which there is no fees to appear for entrance exam i.e Kalinga entrance exam.
Application form of kalinga is already out if you want you can apply for it.
Exam will be held on April 15 to 24, 2018.
