The state from which you study class 12, does affects the reservation you get in the state conducted entrance exams. This means that if you give any entrance exam conducted by Telangana authorities, you will get a state reservation in it. But this will not be the case if you appear for an exam conducted by Maharashtra state authorities. Rest there are no such problems.
