Hi Aspirant,

As if you born at U.S then you will be an N.R.I Quota, and if your born in A.P and parent belongs to A.P with residence certificate of your parents you may get local to A.P and you may have a reservation under 371-D article of A.P state and you have reservation in Telangana for 15% seats in that you will get seat.

Thank you so much, sir... One more doubt sir. We returned from the USA and live in Hyderabad from 2016 onward. For my parents, the residential certificate does it have to be the latest because we went to the USA in 2010, so we don't have the latest that is 2010-2020 only old one before 1990-2000 will that be considered sir? For that 15% of the seats can I show the same AP residential certificate in TS?
One last thing sir...if I don't have a residential certificate then what is the procedure sir?? Will I be under a different category?
Please reply to this too sir...I am looking for colleges. Once again thank you for your detailed explanation sir.

Maruthi Kunchala ok your parents born brought up in a.p then no problem, you can claim with residence certificate, yes the by showing study certificate you can get residence apply for nativity through Village / ward secretariats, don't tense when counselling starts you will get clarity
