As per the guidelines(2021) provided by the NDA Exam board, the age limit should not be earlier than July 2, 2001. So, in the year 2024, the age limit would be "Not earlier than July 2, 2004". And YES you can give NDA exam in 2024. But it is suggested to ensure that you go-through the guidelines and eligibility criteria on the date of applying.

According to the recent updates the NDA age eligibility criteria for 2021-2022 is that any student between the age group of 16.5-19.5 years can appear for the exam.

For the year 2024, mostly the if the same guidelines follow then according to your date of birth you would be 20 years of age, or if exams appear earlier before your date of birth in the year 2024 then you would be 19.

so nothing can be said as of now as it’s uncertain, there are slight possibilities that you could give the Exam in 2024 but nothing is sure, so for safer side try appearing for 2022 and 2023 and then if you wish to pursue it in 2024 then you would have to wait for the recent and updated guidelines in the upcoming years.
