You can do you MA in Urdu after BSc. But it will be easy for you if you have a bachelor degree in Urdu. .  If you achieve a certificate course in Urdu language then it will be more easy for you to study the textbooks and notes and previous years question paper with answers for doing well in MA Urdu result. So go ahead with your ideas and try your best.

Sorry to say, but for most of the universities the eligibility for the MA Urdu course is that the candidate must have done there BA in Urdu. So with a BSc+BEd you won't be able to do so, but if you wish you can do BA in Urdu in distance mode.
