If you are preparing from Aakash Institute then I would suggest you to study the material they have provided you because that is really sufficient for the preparation of Neet while I would also suggest you to practice MCQs and previous year question papers that will help you to gain marks. Also it is recommended to prepare or to study NCERT as much of the   percentage of questions directly comes from NCERT and it will also help you to score marks .
