Yes, you can take admission into Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA ) course even if you belong to commerce branch or stream.

The minimum eligibility to take admission into a BCA course is that you need to atleast score a minimum of 50% in your Class 12th boards from a recognised board.

If you achieve this much you are good to go.

You can take admission into any university or college depending upon their admission process,. Whether direct or entrance test based.
