GATE score can never be 10 or in fact it can't be in double digit. IIT only provides Gate score to those students who qualifies the cutoff mark and basically cutoffs are always above 25 for general Category.

So, I don't think you can get a Gate score of 10 and if you have got by chance then you can't get any college with this score.
