You're not a loosey, it's just in your mind. If at the age of 21, being broke, and after being bullied you still stand strong then you're already a winner.
All these relatives and bullies will fade away once you achieve something in life, and for that YOU have to believe in YOURSELF... Keep Working hard, if you still believe that you're a loser than just read the story of Abraham Lincoln... He was put down many times in life but he never stopped believing in himself and that belief made him the biggest winner.
