Dear Ashish, AIBE is a National Level Assessment Conducted by the Bar Council of India aiming to testbhe abilities of advocates to practise Law in India. Those who qualify this exam, will be given a 'Certificate of Practice' by the BCI enabling those candidates to practice in the Court of Law. So just to answer your question, if you don't clear AIBE, you cannot practice in the Indian Courts.
