If you have re in one subject in class 11 then it will not affect your NDA exam in any way however not only nda but in any competitive exam ,your marks doesn't matter it is the hardwork which matters more than marks ,there are many ias ,ips which were poor in studies but they acheive their goals by their hard-work .
