Yes it's upto you whatever you wished to study further you can. Even though you have studied Btech in ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENECE, you can still go for any course as per your preference so it is better to select whatever you wished to do further.

Also, you have mentioned that you are currently in artificial intelligence so definitely after completing it you have good scope of jobs with good packages  so select accordingly.

Also, try to maintain your current Learning with any other course of your choice.
