Which stream you are in? Please mention it.
As for now, in medical stream, you can go for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSc, BPT etc.
In engineering, b.tech or b. Arch or BSc again are the options.
Other options are graduation.
It would be nice if you mention your stream. I can then tell you more in detail.

if you want to know about your future scope then 1st it depends on your streams and your interests.

if you belong to Science-math then scopes are - Engineering, Bsc, govt. jobs etc.

Science-Bio: Medical(prepare NEET).

commerece - CA, CS etc.

Arts: lecturer, govt. jobs  etc.
