Hello .
sorry to inform you that a BTech computer science engineering aspirant cannot do Mtech in aeronautical engineering but different colleges and universities have different rules so sometimes it may be possible but it is also possible to do MS in aeronautical engineering after completion of your BTech computer science engineering.
