I am hoping that you are doing well. As per your mentioned query, i would like to know you that as you are in 10th standard now firstly you have to concentrate on your studies to get good marks. As good marks is very important in 10th boards because it decides your stream that you wilk take in 11th standard. If you want to become doctor then you have to take PCB in 11th class and after that you will give NEET exam. If you want to become engineer then you will have to give JEE MAINS entrance exam. Apart from these career goals , you can do whatever you want to become.

You can go for government jobs for that you have to do preparation. You can also do several other courses like B.com , BBA  .

So firstly give your best in 10th boards and 12th boards . Marks of these classes decides your interest.
