there are plenty of options that you have after bcom honours. If you are willing to enter the corporate world you can do MBA after your graduation. You can also do professional courses like CMA, CPA, ACCA which have a lot of opportunities nowadays in india as well as abroad.

If you want to do government jobs you can also give various exams like upsc, ssc bank exams , etc.

These are some of the options but the final decision of what you have to do will depend on your intersts and willingness to do the kind of job you want to. You firstly need to figure it out and then choose anoung any of these options.
