For being eligible for MA Home Science, you should have completed your Graduation in Home Science from a recognised Institution. And again the eligibility differs from Institute to Institute. Few Institutions might just need Graduation in any discipline. And the admission is based on entrance examination in few Universities and in some Universities it is based on marks scored in the highest qualification.
