I wants to tell you that you only just completed 2years.other 2 years yet left but as per your concern if you go for higher studies then NIPER will be the best option in India as well as Abroad.

If you want to stay in India along with your family, you can open a medical store near any good doctor's clinic with whom you are in touch, as immediately after B.Pharm you can go to manufacturing dept. (which initially offers very less salary, around 5000 Rs per month) You can easily make huge money by the fact that MRs make huge money, but that job is mostly taken by non-science graduates and the target is hard to achieve.
