Hello Fatima,

To open a Diagnostic Centre you need permissions, Licence and abide with the rules whole opening it. As you are B.Sc graduate, so you are a Radiographer. You can only take X-Rays but you need to hire a Radiologist who has done MBBS and then MD in Radiology to open a Diagnostic Centre. Without a Radiology Doctor/ Radiologist if you open a Diagnostic Centre then it is not allowed and against the rules.

All you need to open a Diagnostic Centre is a Radiologist, staff, permissions, Licence,etc.
