Yes Abhijeet you can do MCA without leaving your job.It can be done through the colleges which provide distance learning course where you have to go only to give exam.Other than that youn can study the course at your home.Like IGNOU,University of mumbai,Amity school of Distance learning.These all provide distance learning for MCA course.And it is easy to pass the exam ,the only difficulty is the assignments you have to submit to the universities takes more time.All the best
