 If you have graduated with Biology as one of your subjects in Science stream irrespective of the board and you have scored at least required % to pass, then it is completely fine. Also since you are an overseas citizen of India studying MBBS in Russia you are eligible to appear for FMGE for MCI. The last date for document submission for this year's FMGE was May 31, 2019.
