Dear Gokul, FMGE is the entrance exanination for Medical Graduates who have completed their MBBS abroad but want to practise in India. In other words, FMGE is only for India. For countries like USA, UK and Canada, they have their own license examinations. FMGE is irrelevant in those countries.

Yes yes, i know these informationts. From the information bulletin i came to know that if the student completed ug as well as pg in US or UK or canada or New Zealand, he no need to clear fmge. I am asking that if one student complete ug in Russia and pg in any of the above countries, what he needs to do? Shall he need to clear fmge or not?

No. FMGE isnt required then.
