As you are seeking Engineering program after Bachelor of science in Electronics, Mathematics and Computer Science. Definitely you can pursue as any engineering through lateral entry process. B.Sc is of 3 years course duration and Engineering program duration is for 4 years. The Lateral Entry Examinations are held state wise. Some of the examinations are

This are state entrance examinations for lateral entry. After completion of B.Sc you will be placed in second year of Engineer which again takes 3 years to complete the course.
