Yes if you apply for supplementary and then if your result comes before the interview process then you can give.

Hello Nikhil

Anyone can appear for CAT, if they fill the form and pay for it. But at the time of College counselling you have to show the degree or provisional.

If you get a 99+ percentile in CAT you may get calls from top 5 IIMs and then the only problem you'll have to face, with backlogs, will be in interviews. Better be prepared with an answer.
