It is quite difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities but as per the previous year's cut off ( which ranged between 530-540 marks) and being mentioned that you belong to UR category, the chances of getting a seat in Govt. Medical colleges of Assam seems less.
However, the cut-off varies year to year, so you may have a probability.
