Hello
Based on your expected score there are no chances for you to get a seat NIT Trichy. Though you are a reserved category candidate + a home state one. For reserved category candidates rank within 2000 is required for admission in top branches like CSE, ECE.
Well, you can apply in private colleges.

Can i get CSE in NIT Puducherry? I do not belong to home state. I belong to sc.

The previous year cutoff of NIT Puducherry for CSE branch- SC category - other state was: Opening rank: 1814Closing rank: 2173And again the ranking is within 2000 (+100) for admission in CSE for other state candidates. So not possible for you to get a seat in NIT Puducherry. Dear, for admission in any of the NITs- minimum 98+ %ile and atleast 180-200+ marks are required for top NITs.

Careers360 rank predictor says that my category rank will be around 1000!! Then how will i not get NIT Puducherry?
