70% Regional: 400
30% State:  488

So, at 550 you have a fair chance at getting a seat in:

GMC, Miraj
Rajiv Gandhi College
Indira Gandhi Medical College
GMC, Jalagaun amongst others.

You are expecting to score 550 Mark's in NEET UG 2019 exam. so comparing previous year cutoffs the last cutoff ran for General category female was 544 for Grant's Medical college Mumbai, 529 for Rajiv Gandhi medical college Thane.
