The cut offs are presumed to be high this year, but 568 is goid enough to secure you a medical sest, especially if you intend to go by state quota (since you have mentioned domicile in the question).

With a score of 568 you may get a rank between 4000 to 5500 based on which you can easily get a college in AIR MBBS for UR category. In this you can get a government mbbs college in ALL INDIA COUNSELLING itself (you wont have to wait for state level counselling) probably in Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh ,(University College of Medical sciences and GTB Hospital) Delhi or Gujarat.You may get a call from Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, Jharkhand as well if you want to stay close to your home state. 

As far as Bihar Medical is concerned with your marks you may expect a call in the 1st round itself in colleges like Nalanda Medical College(Patna), Patna Medical College, Darbhanga Medical College etc .I hope this helped. All the best.

Yes you do have a fair chance of getting a government seat as per last years cutoffs.
