Hello Shivani,  571 marks in OBC Category is really good marks. So first of all congrats. As per the last year cut off students with 550+ marks in AIQ got seat in government medical colleges in haryana. So for you it has a quite possibility to get seat in government college under AIQ.  But in state quota definitely you will got seat in government college, with such nice marks.  So all the best.

But the cutoff will vary every year based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.

Well first of all congratulations on your score. with these marks you can get pgims rohtak but there is a slight possibility that you don't get it. With 571 marks your all india rank would be around 2500-3000 which is enough to get a good government college. Since you have haryana domicile so your chances do increase but this year nothing can be said with a 100% surety. Pgims is the best that your state has, so if your state rank is under 100 then it's all yours.
